Job Description:


The Director of Content Marketing and Sales Enablement will lead the development of content initiatives to drive new and current business as well as enabling sales. This includes:

  • Working with Product & Solution Marketing to develop messaging frameworks that tell the Aruba story at the company level, portfolio level, and product level, mapping back to business priorities and the customer journey.
  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, blogs, email, mobile, video, print and in-person.
  • Planning the content mix for both technical and non-technical buyers and influences, so that the Aruba value prop is clearly articulated to both types audiences.
  • Being accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention and supports KPIs.
  • Defining sales enablement strategy to drive sales proficiency across all product areas, owning sales communications and training programs, and looking after tools, systems, and vehicles required to effectively deliver and measure sales enablement.
  • Partnering with sales leaders in every region to align sales enablement initiatives and priorities with sales priorities.
  • Driving effective customer reference programs and content to aid in marketing and sales.
  • Collaborating across AR/PR, product marketing, field marketing, product management, and sales leadership to help define both the brand story and the customer story/journey.
  • Measuring the impact of content with analytics to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Ensuring consistent global experience and implementing appropriate translation strategies.
  • Managing, coaching, and supporting a team with a variety of experience/skill sets.
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrating strong ability to lead by "influence".
