Country Pricing Lead Role Poland

Job Description:

Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.


  • Responsible for all special pricing aspect of the country (could be multiple countries) which contains:
  • Process review, consultancy and process improvements, Engage on e2e process issues
  • Create and share specific reporting and analytics
  • Local tool and process deployment / adoption (Pricing topics)
  • training and communication to local (remote) Sales / Finance, Business Unit
  • Close collaboration with Bucharest / India operations
  • Provide extra Services for complex / critical deals
  • Deal approval -a shared activity with the hub teams (Bucharest / India) (approx. 70% of the time)
  • Margin analysis
  • Decide on price based on judgment on business justification and margin information
  • Routing deals to higher level approval teams (e.g. local Business Unit mgr or EMEA special pricing manager)
  • Ensure adherence to margin guidelines and other legal/business rules
  • Ensure timely execution (turnaround time measurement)

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 2-4 years experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience implementing policies, processes, and analytics methods to support client sales processing
  • Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills. Self driving
  • Understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales processing plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options


  • Collaborates with peers (in different locations), technical and account leaders and internal sales partners
  • has occasional client contact
  • Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors and Managers.
  • Supports projects requiring sales processing systems design, implementation and communication.
