Scope of responsibilities:

  • Train business groups and individual staff on Global Corporate Records policies and tools
  • Assess business applications for presence of Corporate Records lead teams into Record onboarding activities
  • Assist with audits of business Records programs
  • Assist with vendor audits
  • Lead Global Records disposition projects
  • Interact with business partners who need access to Corporate Records
  • Assist with preparation and presentation of various training courses
  • Record data and present department metrics
  • Work on simple projects or sub-projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of a few factors
  • Work on projects affecting multiple organizations
  • Manage projects with reasonable stakeholder deadlines

Profile:

  • First level business degree required
  • 1-3 years in project leadership role required
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of project administration, client relations, and time recording/effort tracking
  • Experience in compliance preferred
  • Ability to work fairly independently
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work issues to completion
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Must be able to set project goals and meet them
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple individual schedules to arrange discussion necessary to resolve technical issues
