Change Manager

This position will be responsible for managing the overall infrastructure (server and network) Change Process in ensuring that established standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes. The Change Manager will be responsible for co-coordinating weekly change activity within the Trade and HP Internal Customer environment, the candidate must be able to Independently review and verify changes/solutions of moderate complexity and risk to meet customer and/or trade/HP Information Technology (HPIT) infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for SLAs achievement
  • Accountable for direct execution of the processes on a day-to-day basis
  • Accountable for the regular update for process performance
  • Ensure that processes meet the needs of the organization in delivery and support
  • Lead process evaluation towards contractual expectation and delivery objectives
  • Lead process improvement accordingly to business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Computer Systems Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English: 90% or more.
  • A high level understanding of Information Technology in areas such as Networks and Server architecture
  • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills High level of initiative with strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail Strong business analysis skills
  • Ability to deal with technical resources in a matrix management environment
  • Knowledge ITIL Framework (Foundation)
  • Understanding of ITIL Change Management Best Practices is desirable.
