Our Enterprise Group (EG) combines the portfolio of Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking and Technology Services to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver advanced solutions and services to our global, commercial and public sector and SMB customers throughout the regions.
Job Description for this position includes:
Identify resources with experience in Service Delivery and IT Infrastructure Technology, to understand the Support opportunities in RFP situation and Position right Tech Support Portfolio to build a competitive O&M support solution.
Bid Pursuit Role-Job Responsibilities:
Work with consulting team to understand the support requirements from RFP/ tenders
Participate in Pre- Bid response/Customer meeting/Customer Presentation etc
Define the Tech Support Scope and get agreement from consulting team
Work on the agreed scope with the help of various teams like BD, Delivery, and Procurement etc
Build support solution meeting SOW, SLA requirements
Identify the Risk and Risk Mitigation plan meeting T&C
Prepare the Tech Write up meeting the RFP criteria for get Maximum Score during bid Evaluations
Provide the consolidated Tech Support Pricing to Consulting Team
Post Bid help to transition Bid details to Delivery Team
Experience and Skills Required:
Min 10 years experiences IT industry & 6-8 years in Remote Management solutions.
Good Technical experiences in Server, NW, IT Infras, Remote Management tools etc
Preferred to have experience in setting up O&M solutions & remote management Solutions
Good in Communications and Presentations skills
Technical Proposal writing skills
Operation and Maintenance Support
Helpdesk Solution for SMB
HP Warranty/ AMC Support
