Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
Drive Specific initiatives related to Channel Sales processes from project definition, engagement with stakeholders, process definition, and process implementation.
Dedicated analytics Support to BU Go-to-Market Directors
Project definition : Design, deliver and deploy Indirect Dashboards and Reports, key indicators with analysis ( BRD, recommendations, narratives)
Process implementation: Develop, Soft testing and deliver Channel Dashboards and Reports using HP Data Systems CSIS, Flash Pro, Siebel, Check Engine via QlikView, Sales processes, etc.
Track Data Quality Process
Support countries/BU with defining specifications and Business requirements documents for Channel Dashboards and Reports.
Support all sales data to drive sales execution, weekly sales reviews, monthly/quarterly sales planning and strategy
Set-up with BU Sales Manager the Process of Management and review preparation
Financial reporting by using F-cubes when applicable
Provide ad-hoc sales analysis when required
Leads Virtual team for delivery of reports/analysis
Active member of the analytics team, provides inputs and shares ideas with the rest of the group to bring operation excellence to the team
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Typically 6-10 years experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – ability to build long lasting relationships with senior Business representatives, based on quality deliverables and professionalism
Solid Project Management experience and methodology.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of the target setting processes (Quota, Forecast) and their use in the reporting, along with other critical KPIs
Demonstrates advanced problem solving skills when faced with issues or challenges.
Business acumen: must be able to detect business trends correlating multiple data sources, capability to draw actionable conclusions
Cross organizational and functional leadership skills; able to communicate at multiple organizational levels
Domain expertise in following area is a plus: Finance, Process Management, Data Analysis, Sales Operations, BPO
Capability to draw recommendations and actionable conclusions
Communications skills and customer service mentality, to engage with Director level stakeholders
Rigorous, structured, reliable in time and deliverables
