We are looking for:

BCP/ Risk /Info Security Manager

The profile would require contribution to various aspects of Risk Management including but not limited to BCP, Information Security, DRP & Data Privacy. The role will require working for Global Finance Solutions, HPE Finance organization, working for customers outside GFS and third parties as required from time to time. The individual will be required to contribute to the existing service lines of the team and be in a position to conceptualize and roll out new service offerings.

Role Description

The role is responsible to lead BCP & Risk Management function for EMEA Shared services groups and delivery of internal / external customer facing projects primarily for HPE BU's across all regions.

Additionally the candidate should also have interest in pursuit or business development, as the role will require the candidate to grow the business as well.

The role covers the following:

  • Lead & manage Crisis Effectively to ensure zero to minimal impact to Delivery Operations
  • Takes complete delivery ownership of consulting projects including stakeholder management and billing
  • Ensures timely delivery of project maintaining high quality of services through deep understanding of customers' requirements
  • Has advanced subject matter knowledge in one or more areas in information security, business continuity, disaster recovery
  • Ability to solve complex business problems for customers and recommend best practices & long term solutions
  • Assist in deal pursuit activities of front-ending technical discussions with customers and responding to proposals
  • Stay abreast with latest happenings in the industry and update knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis

Educational Qualifications Required:

  • Preference for engineers / MBAs from top universities. Work experience with the Big 4 audit firms is highly desirable
  • Candidates should have 6 – 10 years of work experience in the relevant domains
  • Master in Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Information Systems (MIS), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), or equivalent one or more relevant certification(s) such as CBCP, MBCP, MBCI, CISA, CSA, CISSP, CISM, PCI DSS, CGEIT, CRISC, ISO27001 LA, ISO3100, BS25999LA, PMP would be an added advantage

Knowledge and Skills Required

The job would require knowledge along with experience of working in at least two or more of the below listed domains:

  • BCP include response Planning, Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery strategy planning, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance, Training & Awareness.
  • Disaster recovery including DR implementation and review
  • Information security such as ISO 27001, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Code Review, Data Privacy
  • Hand on experience on Security Architecture design and implementation for Large organization
  • Experience on Security policy & procedures development.
  • Strong knowledge on Firewall, SIEM, Identify & access management, Secure code review, OS hardening, DB hardening, Network device security, encryption & PKI
  • Experience in Security assessments
  • Additional capability in the area of Disaster Recovery & BCM will be a significant advantage, especially DR design, DR development and review.
  • Consulting experience (any of the domains of BCP, DRP, Supply Chain risk management, Information/IT Security etc)

Along with above technical skills, the profile will require following essential soft skills:

  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Candidate should be flexible to travel at least 20% of their time
  • Very good English skills
