Job description/responsibilities:

  • Developer of web and system components in HPE Cyber Security Authentication Services
  • Works with fellow team members to develop and maintain HPE's Authentication Services
  • Provides architectural and design advice to senior engineers

Education & experience

  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in computer science, engineering or related area of study

Knowledge & skills

3 plus years working experience in:

  • Java/J2EE
  • Python/Django
  • Shell Scripting

UI Development experience

Operating system experience: rhel6, windows

Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST, WSDL, JSON)

Web Server (IIS/Apache) Experience

Experience with SSL

Experience in the below is a plus:

  • IOS and Android development
  • Experience with OAuth/OIDC
  • Experience with Docker
  • Ping Federate 8.x Experience
  • Understanding of IAM architectural components like PIP, PEP, PAP, etc.

Good verbal and written communication skills, influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team

Demonstrated technical leadership skills
