Primary Responsibilities: Perform and prioritize the following:

  • 100% compliance of our validation procedures.
  • Verify each HPE customer request has the legal right to request and/or administer the digital certificate.
  • For all validated requests, ensure issuance of a digital certificate or ensure a team member performs the task within 1 business day.
  • Serve as primary team contact to provide customer support: Ensure customer inquiries via phone, Skype chat and or email are handled according to HPE defined goals
  • Assist with customer issues to identify solutions and clearly recommend the appropriate course of action; goa; on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to HPE customer inquiries regarding the status of their digital certificate
  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment for the department.
  • Seek assistance from team management or SR. Authentication Analyst if needed to resolve policy, process and procedural issues.
  • As needed, actively participate in authentication projects and system implementation as needed.
  • Must successfully pass background check to achieve and maintain trusted employee status
  • Work with team to produce/maintain custom code as needed for HPE code signing/Authentication activities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent within the last 24 months
  • Applicant must be a US citizen
  • Applicant must have documented college course work and/or 1-2 years of documented technical experience and working knowledge of the following:
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies: Certification Authorities, LDAP Directories, HSMs, OCSP, and the standards relating to them
  • Deploy/maintain PKI technologies (CAs and Directories) including HSMs
  • Linux OS, Windows Server OS Java Programming, Python scripting and SQL database
  • Linux, Mac OS X and Windows code signing tools
  • Linux, Mac OS X and Windows Service OS malware scanning protocol and tools
  • Industry Standard Server installation, configuration and maintenance
  • Capable of quickly learning new technologies and products as needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with third party PKI and CA products including patch maintenance
  • Experience with LDAP directories setup/configuration/maintenance
  • Familiarity with PKI and security policies and procedure documents such as Certificate Policies and Certification Practices Statement
