Global Sales Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the operation in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales force as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable growth for HPE.
–Responsible for configuring content on portal pages and aligning with requests made by content authors, owners, and/or creators
–Develop all portal layout and maintain functionality of NA and LAR sites.
–Act as first level escalation point and liaison in case of escalations, maintain status for all portal projects and assist to resolve all issues for new and existing channels and automate all processes
–Coordinates the regional UAT/MTP and perform data validation and upgrade processes to achieve all project objectives
–Monitor and analyze all system metrics and maintain optimal performance for all portals
–Identify, document and implement opportunities for enhancement and process improvements.
–Work closely with stakeholders to determine project requirements and translate/implement those requirements into technical designs
–Coordinates resolution of highly complex software development issues that arise in production environments
–Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives
–Evaluates a variety of common business issues and recommends course of action.
–Contributes to continuous process refinement and improvement and compiles work and presents final deliverable
Education and Experience Required:
–University Degree required. Major is Computer Science or Computer coding experience is preferred.
Skills & Experience:
–3-5 years Experience in multiple areas of web sites or communications
–Experience working and collaborating in a global organization
–Experience in implementation and management of standard processes
–Experience producing high quality and timely work products
–Strong communication and presentation skills
–Strong data analytics experience
–Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
– 1+ years experience in project management
–Fluent in Portuguese is a plus
–Excellence in English
–Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Nice to have:
–Knowledgeable in call routing and case management processes as well as case logging systems and obligation systems
–Knowledgeable in portal applications including Liferay is a plus
