Hero is seeking a Senior Software QA Analyst with a thirst for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible to join in the continued expansion of a complex medication management platform. In this seat, you will be critical to the success of further development to support the current generation device and fast-approaching next generation device. Making this happen requires a genuine ardor for process and delivering solutions to complex software challenges.

Key responsibilities
- Performing manual and automatic test execution for software platform, with main focus on core experience;
- Analysing business requirements, identifying gaps and preparing manual test cases using Jira plugin or similar tools;
- Maintaining test suite. Suggesting improvements and working with SQA lead to implement them;
- Create cycles for regression testing;
- Bug reporting using Jira ticketing system;
- Supporting development process by performing functional and integration tests of the new features and bug fixes during development phase;
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness;
- Executing regression test for each new platform release;
- Cooperating with project manager, developers and SQA team in agile team setting;
- Attending daily meetings with the software development team and SQA weekly meetings, providing reports on issues found and discussing testing methods;
- Shares knowledge and mentors other SQA staff on the team;
- Participates and contributes in Business and User Acceptance sessions for confirmation of requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ year of experience in manual software testing
- Strong knowledge of Jira ticketing tool
- Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Web development technologies
- Systematic and detail oriented approach
- Any web development experience is a plus
- Experience in test automation is a plus
