Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to lead the media strategy for accounts assigned.
  • Manage a team of media strategists and planners.
  • Lead innovation and thought leadership.
  • Accountability over client’s budgets.
  • Develop a strong relation with global counterpart colleagues.
  • Actively participate and help to lead the integrated media planning.
  • Setting Budgets, KPIS and measurement framework

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in integrated media.
  • Experience managing people, especially millennials.
  • Strong analytics skills.
  • Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data and insights.
  • High level understanding of integrated media planning.
  • Understanding of the B2B marketing, experiences with this type of clients/or work on a B2B client a plus.
  • Possess general knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and strategies
  • Have polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.

Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing/Advertising
  • Digital certification/degree/seminars.
  • Google certified – desired
  • Analytics platforms – desired
