Associate Director, Ad Operations

Associate Director, Advertising Operations. will be a conduit for knowledge sharing and how to best deploy digital marketing technologies to satisfy clients’ unique measurement needs. Responsible for overseeing campaign execution processes including partner management, plan entry, and reporting output in their respective regions.

Developing and executing effective campaign management processes. As the lead technical resource for the client teams, to develop collaborative relationships with team members, displaying clear communication and acts proactively.

An integral function of the role also includes maintaining in-depth expertise in digital marketing technologies critical to basic digital deployment, tracking and optimization, as well as to coordinate incremental training for teams as new technologies arise and evolve:

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 Years of experience within Ad Operations/Budget Project Management in a Media Agency Environment
  • Proficiency in Industry standard software tools for media billing such as MediaTools, DDS, MRE
  • In-depth understanding of Client Billing Processes, Developing Timelines, Statements of Work, Audits, Planning/Buying,
  • Experience with third party rich media vendors (PointRoll, Mediamind, Eyewonder, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects
