Regional Sales Manager

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
-Generate business and achieve sales quotas by demonstrating the value of our services
-Advise on best practices
-Advise on process Implementation at the dealership that will help them be successful with our advertising programs
-Build relationships across the dealership, primarily focused on the Dealer Principals and General Manager
-Build value and ask for the business
-Network within dealer community
-Delivers solutions to prospective customers through a consultative approach
-Enroll dealerships in subscription products
-Capture and keep client information up to date in CRM tool by recording all activities, transactions, and communications with clients
-Submit a weekly report on activity and sales won
-Participates in internal meetings to give dealer feedback that will help shape product offering and packaging

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW/NEED TO HAVE
-2+ years sales experience
-Track record of relationship building
-Experience in automotive, advertising, or SaaS sales environment (proven business to business sales success)
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and use of the internet
-Ambitious leader with energetic and positive energy
-Excellent phone presence, presentation and client interaction skills
-Experience using a CRM tool
-Start up or product launch experience
-The ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever changing environment
