Partnership Development Manager

We're hiring for a Publisher Development Manager with digital advertising experience and a background managing strategic client accounts. To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong understanding of interactive media and online advertising from the publisher perspective as well as experience forging relationships with mid to senior level clients. In addition, the right candidate will have a strong analytics and financial planning background. Help us manage and grow our digital publisher relationships, lead strategic planning efforts, and be the face of Jumpstart on behalf of our partners.

Jumpstart Automotive Group is a digital automotive marketing company that exclusively represents a portfolio of publishers, including Car and Driver, J.D. Power Autos, U.S. News Automotive and NADAguides.

Responsibilities
-Lead the development, communication and implementation of a strategic account planning process for all publisher accounts based upon proactive service
-Develop and foster meaningful relationships with publishers which includes an active role in attending meetings and interfacing with all levels of contacts through the organizations.
-Manage the day to day interface with Ad Operations, Product Development and Technology leads while supporting the Publisher partners and Publisher Management team
-Develop publisher financial budgets, forecasts and revenue models based on key financial metrics
-Assist in providing creative solutions to advertiser proposals and publisher site enhancements.
Includes using analytical tools to compile site traffic trends, creating mock ups of product and site suggestions, and tracking ROI on new feature roll outs
-Work with publishers on site redesigns, product development, advertiser performance improvements and other ad hoc initiatives
Requirements:
-Motivated team player with positive and proactive attitude
-College degree in Business, Marketing or related field
-4-6 yrs Strategic Client Management experience in Interactive or Media company, agency, ad network, publisher
-Solid web analytics background
-Experience working with Doubleclick for Publishers
-Financial planning, revenue modeling experience
-Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Detail oriented and analytical problem-solving skills
