Operations Manager/Director

Duties include:

  • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage day to day of customer success and production teams to delivery best in class customer service and products
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Oversee client support processes and organize them to enhance client satisfaction
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors that are suppliers to the Orlando office.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Communicating closely with the data entry and billing departments
  • Proven experience as Operations Manager/Director or equivalent position
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software
  • Computer savvy (Excel and Word are a must, Access is a plus)
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - a head for math
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Ability to work some overtime as needed (possible weekends)
