THE ROLE

  • Work with the sales and account management teams during initial stages of campaign creation, forecasting inventory availability and capacity to ensure accurate projections for all sales proposals

  • Check and maintain integrity of systems (e.g. Yieldex) and other tools as related to inventory

  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional sales and communicate to the sales and account management teams

  • Support of all internal teams, as needed, as related to inventory, forecasting, and campaign delivery projections

  • Ad hoc projects as needed

  • Assist with the creation of new ad products using knowledge of inventory

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of online ad serving

  • Prior experience in Yieldex, DFP, Lotame, and/or DSM a plus

  • Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Excellent relationship management, teamwork and communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of Excel

  • Ability to solve problems creatively

  • Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Quick learner

  • Detail oriented

  • Highly organized

  • Bachelor degree
