What you’ll do
Hearst Technology is hiring an Identity analyst focused on managing our growing global environment supporting over 360 brands, and over 25K user accounts. This key role will define identity and account provisioning standards as well as all lead operational support for all related on-premises and cloud based technologies. To be considered for the role, candidates must demonstrate strong technical and communication skills, ability to design and implement scalable global infrastructure platforms, and have previously supported a fast-moving enterprise environment with a can-do attitude. In addition to the required deep subject matter expertise, the candidates must be passionate about customer satisfaction and skilled at developing partnerships through collaboration.
- Works in the Identity & Access Management Program team
- Works off of a prioritized roadmap of functionalities to deploy in any area of the IAM solution
- Works with an agreed upon solution design
- Tests the newly deployed functionality in Dev/Test/Pre-Prod environment
- Works with Jira epics and sprints alongside a team to complete roadmap on time and with full visibility and accountability
- Interacts within the organization as an ambassador of the IAM Program
- Up to 10% of the time (domestic)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions at an enterprise level
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient with discussing IAM concepts in layman terms
- Must be proficient with ILM components
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of various IAM concepts
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of various SSO and MFA concepts
- Strong working experience in administration and support of IAM products (Sailpoint, Okta / Ping preferred)
- Experience with a Universal Directory solution (RadiantOne, Okta Directory preferred)
- Must be familiar with scripting languages e.g. Javascript, Python
- Must be familiar with SQL and general DB operations
- Must be familiar with RESTful API
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Familiarity with PAM concepts
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum based project execution
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Deep knowledge of supporting technical components for complex applications
