Dealer Support Representative

This position handles customer service and product implementation for our tier 3 customers with the goals of building solid business relationships and maximizing product performance.

Responsibilities:
-Implementation for all products and features
-Working with customers to gather needed details to customize implementation for the customer s needs and desired usage creating orders and profiles
-Coordinating asset creation and set up with others, i.e., ad creation, web site providers, CRM companies
-QA product implementations
-Troubleshoot issues
-Product profile changes and updates
-Customer Service for assigned accounts, both proactive touch points and requests
-Respond timely to customer concerns.
-Build relationships with dealership personnel
-Provide proactive support, i.e., convey ROI, watch for concerns/gather feedback
-Introduce new personnel to service features and benefits
-Conduct quality product reviews
-Monitor account performance
-Provide recommendations for success
-Identify upsell opportunities
-Handles inbound sales and support calls.
-Collaborate with sales and performance management personnel appropriately.
-Participate in pilot programs and projects to help company expand services.
-Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Desired Experience:
-Minimum 3 years related customer service/fulfillment experience with an aptitude to troubleshoot technical solutions
-Intermediate skills in Internet Explorer, Excel and PowerPoint - Salesforce experience desired.
-Ability to set priorities and work on several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-Close attention to detail for product fulfillment, documentation and troubleshooting issues
-Ability to work as a team as well as independently with little direction.
-High School Diploma with some college courses completed Degree in business a plus.
