As Head of Sales Operations, you will work closely with the Pre-Sales leadership team to set the strategy and direction for global sales operations.  This is the perfect role for an experienced Sales Operation Manager, looking to move into a bigger role that will grow with the global team.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Strategy and Planning for global Sales, Customer Success and Delivery

  • Building systems and processes to scale the team and the business

  • Developing Sales enablement plan and iterating with the growth of the business

  • Working closely with leadership to shape GTM strategy for existing and new products

  • Conduct market sizing and opportunity analysis to direct Sales efforts

  • Driving operational rigor and cadence for the Sales team and CRM reporting

  • Build with scale in mind

  • Demonstrating leadership, direction and opportunities for sustained growth

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Sales and Strategy and Planning experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.

  • Ability to balance short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.

  • Strong executive presence, polish, and business savvy.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong team player

  • Mission driven

  • Excellent analytical skills to help drive the business

  • Strong desire to take on the challenge of building process and scale to enable a very traditional vertical to be disrupted.
