As a Field Sales Manager, you will bring HealthTap’s  Platform for HR Benefits Management into the largest companies. You will own the deal from start to finish, enabling companies to offer amazing benefits to their workforce via the HealthTap Platform. You will engage with the CHRO and other key executives to align business benefits and opportunity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business Sales in large Enterprises

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Lead territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Inside Sales team, Solution Architects, and Partners - all to maximize business results in territory and open up opportunities with large enterprise customers.

  • Drive sales and pipeline, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business and buying cycle.

  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level; Own customer relationship and expansion

  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all Sales and engagement opportunities

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience selling SaaS or PaaS with a demonstrated track record in reaching and exceeding sales goals in the technology industry.

  • Ability to accurately forecast and manage pipeline and deal flow to achieve quarterly goals

  • Demonstrable ability to work directly with the C suite and key executive sponsors

  • Strong ability to drive complex Sales to conclusion and be seen as the client trusted advisor

  • Proven ability to sell disruptive technology

  • Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills

  • Able to plan, pitch, and execute a territory sales strategy

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
