HealthTap is hiring a Corporate Sales Manager who will lead, build, mentor, and scale a high performing team of Corporate sellers, focused on closing deals with Enterprises between 1000 and 10,000 employees in North America.

About The Role

  • The ideal candidate is customer/people/team focused, success driven, embraces disruptive technology and a consultative sales philosophy

  • Passionate about driving team success and developing people

  • You must feel equally comfortable in business or technical conversations as well as speaking with leaders across IT, HR, Finance.

  • You will support your team by helping them build and progress pipeline, work across functions (Marketing, Product and Customer Success) to execute small, medium and large deals and drive adoption and usage of our products

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a Corporate sales team

  • Develop, train and scale the team

  • Drive sales process and best practices to grow and drive towards sales goals

  • Build and maintain sales plans, metrics and individual and team goals

  • Identify new and different ways to drive deals, be a creative problem solver

  • Own weekly, monthly, quarter team sales forecast

  • Grow the market segment with key tactical deal guidance, on the job training, strategic deal coaching, motivation and career development.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data for your team and provide accurate forecast to Sales leadership

  • Represent yourself and HealthTap with a high level of ethics and professionalism

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years experience in managing a team of account executives with demonstrable examples of scaling the team while achieving increased sales effectiveness.

  • You are a team player and like to win as a team.

  • You have experience as a creative seller, who clients love and are looking to increase your responsibility and grow a team that clients love and love working with.

  • You have a track record of leading and building high-performing sales teams

  • You understand scale and know how to develop systems and process that enable growth at scale.

  • You are detail oriented

  • You have experience with SaaS and understand the client buying cycle

  • You enjoy helping customers solve hard problems with great technology

  • You are a positive person that people love working with and for

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
