Healthfirst's 2023 Summer Trailblazer Internship is a 10-week paid program beginning on June 5, 2023. This is an immersive and interactive learning experience, that lays a foundation for continued leadership development. Interns do impactful work, collaborating with other interns, employees, and business leaders to solve current business problems and deliver solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate with intellectual curiosity and critically assess existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
- Hold oneself accountable for the accuracy, completeness, quality, and relevance of deliverables in order to own responsibility for work product
- Exhibit collaborative attitude, willingness to work with others on features that included working team(s) made of cross departmental/interdisciplinary users
- Additional duties as assigned
- Passion for solving challenging problems using technology
- Possess technical curiosity and the desire to learn new things quickly
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work in teams and build good working relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills
- Experience with object-oriented programming and ability to learn new programming languages
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with React and Python
- Basic understanding of AWS
- Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.

- Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school

Hiring Range:
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $38,200 - $49,920
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $33,300 - $47,840

The hiring range is defined as the lowest and highest salaries that Healthfirst in "good faith" would pay to a new hire, or for a job promotion, or transfer into this role.
