Manager Product Strategy

The Product Strategy Manager is responsible for working cross functionally to develop, assist in execution, and continuously improve upon a market growth strategy that supports a profitable growth across the entire long term care market portfolio including MAP and MLTC.


  • Identify areas of profitable growth opportunity
  • Identify improvements in the membership experience
  • Identify key cohorts and opportunities for achieving short- and long-term membership growth goals
  • Work collaboratively with across all lines of business to develop market growth plans to achieve membership objectives
  • Establish a system to track and quantify program success including target opportunities, success/growth rate and cost of programs
  • Develop market intelligence reporting that summarizes and provides updates on the competitive landscape
  • Manage on-going reporting metrics aimed at providing insights and recommendations for future growth
  • Support developing presentations for on-going management meetings
  • Serve as liaison to growth COE and quality teams to ensure seamless partnership and alignment across lines of businesses
  • Manage and monitor vendor programs aimed at market growth

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry marketplace, specific to MAPD/MLTC industries
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop plan of action, communicate effectively, and execute
  • Experience in developing market intelligence reporting
  • Strong analytic, strategic and planning skills; must be able to successfully facilitate sound business objectives within highly regulated industry
  • Strong public speaking and oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in public health, public policy or business administration
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large, complex, and multifaceted projects with minimal supervision
