Healthfirst's Assessment Registered Nurses (RN) visit our members in their homes! If you are a NY licensed RN with the ability to travel within the NY area which primarily covers the 5 boroughs, we would love to meet with you.

All positions require that you are a NYS Registered Nurse (RN) and we prefer that you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Home Care
Discharge Planning
Case Management
Medical Surgical Nursing
