Our Sales Enablement team supports the Account Management team in providing partners with exceptional customer service. We work together to fulfill creative, analytic and technical tasks: we also build / conceptualize stories to take to market, manage vendors / systems, train / onboard account managers and plan annual events. We are highly entrepreneurial and experts at moving projects forward from start to finish.

- Manage, organize, and maintain the sales content library where all sales processes and training materials will be stored.
- Assist in the creation of training materials, facilitation of training sessions utilizing adult learning principles, and measure training satisfaction and knowledge.
- Provide coaching & leadership to Sales Enablement team
- Lead strategy & deployment of sales resources, content, & training
- Partner with Marketing/Creative teams to develop resources
- Support the Account Management team with sales resources which can include presentation decks, scripts\talking points, communication templates, sales processes, flyers, etc.
- Manage onboarding activities for the sales team which may include hosting orientation and training courses.
- Develop Go-to-Market event strategies for conferences.
- Break projects into doable actions, with assignments, and deliverable dates.
- Help the team to manage daily operational tasks.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in planning events / project management
- Experience in building sales materials (graphic design experience is a plus!)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Background in adult learning principles
- Experience working within a LMS or CMS for knowledge retention and content delivery
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail with the ability to remain organized
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Event Planning, Onboarding or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related degree or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - 85,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
