Senior Content Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager that will be responsible for developing content used to communicate the HealthcareSource value proposition, competitive differentiation, and industry leadership.

In conjunction with internal stakeholders, the Senior Content Marketing Manager will develop content strategy and deliver assets to be used in lead generation campaigns, PR/corporate communications, social media, and other communication channels.

In this position you would work out of our Woburn, MA Headquarters and report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, your typical day might look like this:

  • Develop content marketing strategy, editorial calendar, and resource plans to support demand generation, thought leadership, and corporate communications.
  • Ensure integration of messages with other inbound and outbound campaigns driven by media relations, social media marketing, and program managers.
  • Write white papers, media articles, blogs, and other content assets.
  • Develop and deploy surveys, analyze responses, and create storylines to generate content for media relations, white papers, blogs, infographics, etc.
  • Identify and supervise 3rdparty writers to complement HealthcareSource resources.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the HealthcareSource PR/media relations consultant.
  • Work with the HealthcareSource design team to conceptualize infographics, content templates, and advertising to support content marketing, product marketing, and social media programs.
  • Identify ways to measure success against the campaign goals and achievable outcomes; determine methods to collect and present data and analysis to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ experience driving content creation strategy to build awareness and generate demand.
  • 1-2 years’ experience managing at least one direct report.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams/disciplines including corporate communications, product marketing, product management, client services, and executive leadership.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Ability to manage WordPress and associated tools, plug-ins, etc.
  • Healthcare and/or talent management/human capital management experience a big plus.
