Regional Client Executive, Post Acute

HealthcareSource is seeking an intelligent and driven Regional Client Executive to join our incredibly successful Post-Acute Sales team to sell our Talent Management solutions!

As a Regional Client Executive, Post-Acute, you'll have the opportunity to;
- Strategically target and sell our SaaS based hiring solution to the largest prospect organizations in the Post-Acute Healthcare market
- Sell into Post-Acute organizations primarily in the West Coast
- Develop and close new business to both existing customers and prospects
- Serve as the relationship manager to our highest value clients, increase client retention and drive additional sales throughout the organization
- Use a consultative approach to diagnose our customer's needs
- Communicate our value proposition and conduct product demonstrations
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to keep Executive Leadership up to date on marketplace dynamics
- SELL - negotiate and close deals!
- 7+ years Sales experience, including 3+ years of experience in the Health Care and/or SAAS industries
- A successful track record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the software industry (Human Resource experience a plus!)
- Demonstrated understanding of current/future trends in the health care industry (experience in Post-Acute market a plus)
- Strategic selling skills - create a business plan, assess territories, qualify targets and prioritize sales efforts
- Excellent skills traveling within territory to visit clients, engaging with C-Suite and key decision makers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in providing sales functional and technical demonstrations
- Independent person with entrepreneurial spirit
- Open to 50% domestic travel
