This 10-week internship will be located in Richardson, TX.
What does the team do?
SDO's consumer value proposition is evolving to deliver operational excellence at high quality and competitive cost while creating marketplace differentiation through health advocacy.
What Are Your Responsibilities?
-Forecasting business needs
-Analyzing workforce trends and providing recommendations
-Reviewing capacity plans and forecasts
-Providing process improvement updates and recommendations
-Conducting best practices for a workforce management practice
-Presenting recommendations to business partners
What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
-Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain or Logistics, or related fields
-Graduation date between December 2019 - June 2020
-A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
-Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
-Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
What Do You Need To Be Successful?
-Attention to detail
-Supply Chain background highly preferred
-Advanced excel (tables, formulas)
-Collaboration, negotiation skills, communication skills (verbal & written)
