This 10-week internship will be located in Chicago.

What Are Your Responsibilities?

- The intern will work with business analysts to assist in the preparation of business requirements for new or ongoing client projects. Tasks may include interviewing business leads to document business needs; assisting with meeting facilitation including the recording of meeting minutes; drafting requirements; adhering to project timeline milestones; preparing presentations.

- Execute various systems, integration, regression, and ad-hoc tests according to test plans

- Ensure the creation of weekly testing dashboards - reports on test preparation and execution status
- Raise issues and risks to testing timeline such as deliverable hand off delays, environment readiness issues, etc.
- Manage defect reports for issues found during testing, and provide accurate testing status to project stakeholders
- Attend daily status phone calls with Test Managers to report testing statuses and issues

What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM or related field
- Graduation date between December 2019 - June 2020
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Access and Excel).
- Possess an interest in the insurance/information technology industries
- Project management and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
