This 10-week internship will be located in Chicago.
What does the team do?
SDO's consumer value proposition is evolving to deliver operational excellence at high quality and competitive cost while creating marketplace differentiation through health advocacy
What Are Your Responsibilities?
-Analyzing member feedback from a variety of channels
-Synthesizing data into actionable recommendations aimed at driving improved member experience
-Researching competitor or outside-industry customer experience programs for best practices
What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
-Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Communications, or a related field
-Graduation date between December 2019 - June 2020
-A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
-Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
-Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

-Excel and PowerPoint mastery
-Ability to create storylines from data
-Advanced Excel skills
