This 10-week internship will be located in Wichita Falls, TX or Springfield, IL

What are the team's responsibilities?

This team is responsible for supporting Sales & Account Management in acquiring and renewing new business. Responsible for handling client service issues, and collaborating across the enterprise, and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients solving service issues through partnerships across the enterprise.

What Are Your Responsibilities?

Communicate with internal and external Group Representatives to ensure claims and customer service issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.

Responsible for providing on and off-site services and assistance to account employees and management on matters concerning client claims, coding and benefit level inquiries. Addressing billing, provider finder, accums and membership questions and all service matters connected with client accounts.

Serve as single point of contact for client service issues, coordinating with internal HCSC resources, and resolve issues.

Respond to questions from clients regarding benefit information and available benefit options.

Act as a liaison between Sales & Account Management, FSU's, and other internal departments to ensure communication of relevant information.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts benefit structure and claims history.

What Do You Need To Be Successful?

  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM/Salesforce is preferable
  • Previous internship experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with clients

What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Graduation date between December 2018 – June 2019
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (at this time, we are not offering this program under OPT or CPT or sponsoring work visas for these roles).
