This role will be located in Richardson, TX.

What Are The Team's Responsibilities ?    

This team is responsible for constructing forecasts, recommendations and strategic / tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.    

What Are Your Responsibilities?        

-Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs, using system reporting tools.

- Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from intern al and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.

- May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.

- May perform research and assists in analyzing financial and health data, including medical algorithms to determine health care expenditures, medical and economic outcomes, and cost containment strategies.

-Produces datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.      

-Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.   

-Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.   

-Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.     

What Are The Requirements You Must Meet?  

- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field majoring in business analytics, healthcare or related field  

- Gradu ation date between December 2018 - June 2019  

- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0  

- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
