BASIC FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for leading complex strategic and analytical projects and initiatives in the areas of Emerging Markets Strategy and divisional planning. The role will be responsible for the development of the business plan and strategy for Emerging Markets, as well as ad hoc analytic projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree and 5 years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR a Bachelor's Degree, a Masters Degree and 4 years of experience
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
  • Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization;
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
  • Analytical and information synthesis skills
  • Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization

  • Experience creating high profile deliverables and presentation materials
  • Flexibility and experience managing multiple projects and demands concurrently
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
