Sr Systems Analyst- Salesforce

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements for a Salesforce deliverable; serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment; linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions.

Responsible for detailed design of system components / solutions; support infrastructure build with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Engineers; performs application/technical-related forensics work; provides subject matter expertise as required to AMS teams to troubleshoot incidents and problems; work with architecture, application services, infrastructure, release management and other relevant stakeholders to enable a smooth deployment.

Required Job Qualifications:

•Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.

•Hands-on experience in all Salesforce development and configuration activities.

•Participated in the Develop/Design/Improve/Document Database Models/Programs for Salesforce initiatives.

•Salesforce certifications of completion.

•Must have strong data management and data analysis skills to effectively serve as subject matter expert and enable our team to effectively provide better Customer experience.

•Expert Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Mainframe

•Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C

•Deep systems analysis, app dev with SDLC in agile framework with data & integration experience on modern application development platform. Exposure to data integration, data mapping & transformation needs.

•Strong data analytical and problem solving skills.

•Ability to create and execute test plan and test case document.
