Sr Systems Analyst
This position is responsible for supporting enhancements and capabilities for a new as well as existing, critical, business application within provider and network portfolio. It is required you bring the strong experience of performing Systems Analysis for various projects, serving as the technical designer to identify the best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment; linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions. You are also responsible for ensuring reviews of the requirements, designs, code. This role helps with planning SIT and UAT testing as well as releases.
Sr. Systems Analysts enables our purpose by helping develop highly optimized, robust, applications as well as maintaining such applications. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of an IT product (application family) from strategic planning, new capability delivery, and tactical activities. These include developing systems requirements and a strong understanding of SDLC, modern application development tools, languages as well as deep understanding of the data needs. Ability to understand systems flows, integrations and underlying data mapping is essential.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree and 6 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 8-year Information Technology experience OR 10 years of Information Technology experience.
Solid and deep experience in Business Acumen and stakeholder relationship management.
Solid knowledge of current and emerging technologies to apply it towards solutions in business applications, with possible integrations and/or data movement with existing distributed and mainframe applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work effectively through change.
Extensive background in mainframe application components JCL, Cobol, Endeavor, packaging, db2, FTP, macros, VSAM, MQ.
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum-based full SDLC experience.

Strong oral/written communication skills.
knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar and Java applications
Deep systems analysis, app dev with SDLC in an agile framework with data & integration experience on modern application development platform.
Ability to execute projects, provide resolution to the operational / production incident resolution support against tight timeframe.
Ability to Mentor and guide developers and ensure delivery with high quality for all the projects you are assigned.
Knowledge of application configuration
Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies
Accountable for enhancements or new capabilities covering functional, non-functional and systems requirements to help build high performing, robust applications for the products.
Help conduct and facilitate design & code reviews; expertise in system design creation.
Support apps operations by addressing operational, production and ad-hoc requests.
