Job Purpose:

HCSC has grown steadily and our Project Management Office organization has matured and has become best in class. The HCSC Project Management Office is a group of High Performing Leaders who deliver optimal business outcomes through the execution of our project management craft. All HCSC projects require skilled human resources to successfully accomplish our goals. The Sr Manager of Resource Development is responsible for managing a central pool of project management professionals (employee and contractor) across technologies and platforms with a specific focus on coaching, development, performance management, and career growth. The Sr Manager of Resource Development is responsible for assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time by partnering with project delivery to understand project manager demand.

Required Job Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree and 5 years Information Technology OR 9 years of Information Technology experience.
•3+ years management and/or leadership experience with HR management responsibilities
•Experience working in Project role leading delivery.
•Experience with project planning tools like CA-PPM, MS Project, etc.
•Resource planning and forecasting tools.
•Experience in building high performing teams
•Customer relationship management.
•Strong oral & written communications.
•Interpersonal skills.
•Time management / prioritization.
•An eye for continuous process improvement

Preferred Job Qualifications:

•5+ years management and/or leadership experience with HR management responsibilities
•Experience working within an enterprise-level PMO.
•Experience in application development platforms.
•Experience directly managing a team of 10+ project managers
•Strong Collaboration with the Ability to Work as a Team
•Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel.
•Familiarity with SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
•Application domain knowledge.
•Negotiation skills in a corporate landscape.
