This position is responsible for managing and controlling HCSC property functions for various Texas remote facilities.


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or 6 years asset management experience.
  • Property management, community relations, and communication skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel an average of 65%


  • Knowledge of benchmarking and experience with implementation of these concepts
  • Six Sigma, Kaizen and/or continuous improvement knowledge
  • Sustainability Knowledge

This position is located in Richardson, TX. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.
