Sr Manager IT Product - Service Now

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for understanding, developing and/or enhancing ITSM processes and full lifecycle management of an ITSM product (Service Now or other IT Tools), from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying requirements for current and future products; leading ideation, technical development, and launch of new product enhancement; establishing a shared vision with business unit stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product execution; managing application suite of 3-5 projects (stable mature products/applications) per year. This role must have extensive experience and comfort delving into and utilizing ITSM tools.

Provides expert knowledge on ITIL-based service delivery. Assists with organizational transformation efforts as related to ITIL implementation across service lifecycles. Provides guidance and implements processes and artifacts for Service Strategy, Service Design, and Continual Service Improvement processes. Analyzes existing Implementation Plans and identifies areas for improvement. Works with stakeholders to communicate ITSM vision and benefits. Develops strategies to eliminate gaps in service while improving efficiency and effectiveness. Identifies and removes risks associated with proposed processes.

Required Job Qualifications:

•Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience.
•3 years management experience
•Experience in integration with Service Now and other IT tools.
•Experience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.
•Experience in the knowledge of product-specific application architecture.
•Experience in solution architecture.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
