Sr Manager Data Quality & Enablement

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for overseeing the Data Quality and Enablement Team to enable data stewardship, define quality standards, maintain & promote data lineage, and track aggregated data quality issues.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of data and analytics experience OR 9 years of data and analytics experience
• 3 years of management experience
• Knowledge of big data and analytics technologies
• Experience in data modeling and data representation
• Ability to construct E-R diagrams and conceptual data model
• Experience and understanding of JSON, XML, WSDL data structures
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and/or processes
• Business acumen
• Oral & written communication skills
• Program and/or project management
• Ability to execute, influence, prioritize, and make trade-offs

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related fields
• Provide Data Stewardship with a focus in Healthcare
• Architect and Define data quality
• Ability to understand data lineage
• Mentor Data Quality product managers
• Ability to work across departments, socialize best practices, and improve performance
-Focus on Standards and Quality
• Focus will be heavy on Big Data
