Job Purpose: This position is responsible for designing and developing end-to-end Infrastructure metrics and KPI reporting to support Infrastructure Product Management, Engineering and Operations functions; developing performance metrics and reporting to continuously improve managing the business of IT; act ingas the primary liaison between the Infrastructure and Finance organizations

.Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 4 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience, including 3 years of experience in IT metrics and KPI reporting
  • ITIL v3 foundational knowledge
  • Knowledge of IT Analytics, Monitoring and Event Management tools
  • Knowledge of dash boarding and audience relevant technical presentations
  • Knowledge of broad knowledge of various technologies
  • Oral & written communications
