BASIC FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for supporting all executive compensation matters of the organization. This includes coordination of Compensation Committee material development, preparing job descriptions and conducting job analysis/ evaluations for VP and above executive level roles; conducting market analyses and recommendations; participating in salary surveys; preparing executive term sheets; and assisting in the annual compensation review. Position will also support the administration of compensation including salary, API, and LTI. Assist in the analysis data to inform the design, development and updates of compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned. The role will report to the Executive Compensation leader, with a dotted line to the VP, Total Rewards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree and 2 years experience in HR or related field.
  • Analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience compiling complex or diverse information and able to present in a clear concise manner.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines to accomplish assigned tasks.
