Senior Manager Divisional Strategy & Planning

Job Purpose:

Our team is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual to support the Illinois Division. The role will be multi-faceted, working on strategy development and business planning, in addition to executing and overseeing initiatives to improve the division's business performance.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support the business, harnessing data analytics and problem solving skills. There will be four people reporting into you, providing opportunities to grow and mentor the team. You will work with divisional leadership on strategies and business plans for functional areas. Furthermore, you will be working with enterprise areas to ensure there is alignment with the divisional strategy and managing all divisional short term and long term planning.

Required Job Qualifications:

•Bachelor degree and 7 years' experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment
•2 years management experience
•Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics and research
•Experience with Retail Markets
•Experience leading and mentoring staff.
•Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
•Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.
•Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
•Business acumen and project/process integration skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

•MBA or MHA
•Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
