Located in Dallas TX this position is responsible for gathering and preparing information related to design, incubation, innovation, and assessment of new business opportunities. Responsible for leading exploratory and participatory research methods to uncover insights that will inform and inspire design and innovation and represent user needs.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a design research, design planning, product design, design engineering, strategy planning, or related field.
  • 5 years of project work experience in the design research space.
  • Experience planning and conducting research programs, analyzing and synthesizing qualitative data & participating in concept workshops.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience with user centered design practices, methods and tools.Required Job Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree.
  • Video editing experience.

The C1 Innovation Lab will be opening in the West End area of downtown Dallas this June. The name draws reference to our customer-first culture (C1C) as well as the innovation solutions that will be imagined, piloted and quickly deployed complementing our already strong and growing foundation of innovative capabilities.

IT, Product Development, dedicated Customer Service and Care Coordination teams and other innovation teams co-existing in the Innovation Lab will be focused on developing solutions that will help our largest national employers make health care more affordable and improve health outcomes of their employees and our members while continuing to provide exemplary customer service.
