Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for identifying, gathering, analyzing and monitoring data influencing administration and medical cost results. Provides feedback and support toward the processes to meet HEDIS, CAHPS, medical cost and administrative performance metrics using data from various sources and systems. Supporting projects and initiatives and resolving issues by working with staff within the department or across departments.

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or 4 years of business experience.

  • 2 years of reporting or data analysis experience and/or preparing database reports.
  • Experience with data languages (i.e. SQL, VB).
  • Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing completion of multiple projects.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Math, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Actuarial Science.
  • End-user programming skills.
  • Systems database testing experience.
  • Located in our Richardson, TX office
