Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing support in Portfolio Planning in conjunction with Corporate and IT Strategy; assisting with operational planning and governance of portfolio; assisting with the framing of policies and procedures for portfolio management; actively recognizing department needs and plan proactive ways to address them; preparing presentations and other materials for governance forums; managing PPM tool data.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years program/project delivery or related work experience; OR Technical certification and 3+ years program/project delivery or related work experience; OR 4+ years relevant work experience, including at least 3+ years program/project delivery.
  • Good understanding of Program / Project Management and project financial management
  • Program / Project Management experience
  • Experience creating storyboarding and dashboarding
  • Ability to identify problems and provide solutions through advanced data analysis
  • Aptitude for negotiation, influence, persuasion
  • Strong oral and written communications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in PPM Tools like CA PPM, Planview, or other
  • Working knowledge of Open Workbench (OWB), MS Project

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance
  • MBA, Masters in Accounting, MIS
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Expert in PPM Tools like CA PPM, Planview, or other
