This position is responsible for supporting Government Programs Pharmacy team in all aspects of the pharmacy benefit administration. Duties may include: Prepare, review and submit pharmacy reports, data management thru excel, member/provider engagement activities, assist with various pharmacy activities, and coordinate with other areas. Works collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors to evaluate and resolve pharmacy related issues.


  • Certified Pharmacy Technician.
  • Retail Pharmacy experience - preferred.
  • Drug information skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Managed care customer service experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency of word processing spreadsheets and database software
  • Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.
