This position is responsible for managing the alignment and integration of Medicare market infrastructure in support of divisional strategies and to ensure consistency and efficiency. Manages the filing process for regulations related to ACA and/or Medicare, healthcare reform and processes that affect multiple functional areas within markets. Manages prioritization of Medicare markets activities and tracks progress to goals. Leads implementation efforts for product and programs across all cross functional areas


  • Bachelor's degree and 5 year's experience in health care, health insurance, or consulting environment
  • Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, project management, project portfolio management and/or analytics and research
  • Experience with Medicare markets within the health care insurance industry
  • Management experience leading and mentoring staff.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
  • Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
  • Advanced level of business acumen and project/process integration skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills
