Job Purpose: This position is responsible for managing the vendor relationship and overall governance of the vendors and their performance. Serves as a relationship manager for internal clients and escalation point for Supplier Managers in client divisions regarding vendor performance. Ensures adherence to SLAs, enforcement of penalties, modifications of contractual terms and dispute resolution. Supports full lifecycle sourcing efforts and interfaces with Corp. Governance/Audit, Security, Risk Management.

Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and 4 years work experience with assigned client business area (i.e. IT or Operations emphasis) OR 8 years with assigned client business area (i.e. IT or Operations emphasis) work experience with IT emphasis; 3 years of management and/or leadership experience, and experience managing IT or Operations processes with broad knowledge of IT (application development, infrastructure, operations, security); Experience with customer relationship and vendor management, as well as knowledge of risk, compliance and audit processes within large sized organizations; Experience with process design, integration, implementation & continuous improvement; Experience developing, reviewing contracts and recommending improvements; Problem solving /analytical thinking Negotiation skills and ability to influence; Written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills; Broad knowledge of IT (application development, infrastructure, operations, security)

Preferred Job Qualifications: CMMI certification ITIL practitioner level certification; Knowledge of HCSC internal SLAs and related Performance Guarantees
