Job Purpose:

Under supervision, this position responsible for leading the team that reviews and completes primary source verification data in an accurate and timely fashion for credentialing and re-credentialing of practitioners for multi-states. Conducts research in order to complete the complex and/or critical application files. Processes practitioner application in accordance with company, state and product requirements for all provider types. Respond to practitioner office representatives or internal department staff regarding status of the application and / or supporting documentation. Prioritizes work assignments for assigned team to ensure accreditation and state requirements are met.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3 years business experience. A combination of college level education and experience will be considered
  • 1 year credentialing experience
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization skills to handle multii-processes and multi-states.
  • PC experience in Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and other business related/associated databases.
